摘要
中国大学特别是公办大学的理事会建设方兴未艾,通过对外国高校理事会制度的特点比较发现它们有一些共通之处,同时我国公办高校理事会建设还存在着诸多问题,当务之急是加强现代大学精神的培养、明确理事会在高校治理体系中的定位,并厘清各相关机构的职责和相互关系,同时加强制度建设,明确法律定位。
The construction of China university＇s council,specifically the state-run university,is just unfolding.Comparing the characteristics of foreign universities council system,we can find that they have many things in common and there still exist many problems in the construction of public universities council in China.Immediate necessities are to strengthen the development of modern university spirit,clear the position of council in university management system and clarify the responsibilities and relationships of relevant institutions.And at the same time we should strengthen the system construction and define the low position.
