摘要
目的评价某医院2014年住院患者糖皮质激素类药物的使用情况,促进合理用药。方法利用His系统调取2014年某院共计14356例出院病例及其糖皮质激素类药物应用数据,对糖皮质激素类药物的使用品种、使用科别、给药途径、联合用药等进行统计和分析。结果糖皮质激素类药物在该院住院患者中使用率为21.75%,其中眼科使用率为76.00%,且地塞米松磷酸钠注射液使用频率最高,为84.05%,给药途径以静脉用药最为常见,占84.33%。结论该院住院患者使用糖皮质激素类药物治疗还存在不合理用药现象,医药人员应高度重视,以加强临床用药的合理性。
Objective To evaluate the application of glucocorticoid of inpatients in a hospital during 2014, to promote rational drug use. Methods A total of 14356 inpatients in a hospital were enrolled, and their glucocorticoid application data was collected from the His system during 2014. The varieties, divisions, administration routes and combination usag were analyzed. Results The total utilization rate of glueoeorticoid was 21.75%, that of Department of Ophthalmology was 76. 00%, dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection was the most used glucocortieoid, accounted for 84. 05% ; the most common administration route was intravenous, accounted for 84. 33%. Conclusion Some unreasonable glueoeorticoid usage phenomena are still existed in the hospital, which should be pay more attention to, to promote the clinic rational use of glucocorticoid.
