良恶性乳腺肿瘤钼靶X线检查的钙化征象特征分析

Calcifcation signs of X-ray mammography on benign snd malignant breast carcinoma

目的探讨良恶性乳腺肿瘤钼靶X线检查的钙化征象特征,以提高钼靶X线检查对乳腺肿瘤诊断的准确性。方法选择2013年3月—2015年3月北京市第六医院外科诊治的乳腺肿瘤患者60例,其中乳腺良性肿瘤35例,乳腺癌25例。患者均接受钼靶X线检查。观察良恶性乳腺肿瘤钼靶X线检查的钙化征象特征。结果良恶性乳腺肿瘤患者的病灶数、形态、密度、分布、钙化Le Gal分型比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钼靶X线检查可以清晰地显示乳腺病变钙化的特征,对良恶性乳腺肿瘤定性诊断具有较高的价值。

Objective To Explore the caleifcation signs of x -ray mammography on benign snd malignant breast carcinoma, in order to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast carcinoma. Methods From March 2013 to March 2015 in the No, 6 Hospital of Beijing, 60 patients with breast carcinoma were selected, including 35 cases of breast benign tumor, 25 cases of breast cancer. All patients received X - ray mammography. The calcifeation signs of X - ray mammography on benign snd malignant breast carcinoma were observeed. Results Number of lesions, shape, density, distribution, calcified Le Gal of benign snd malignant breast carcinoma were compared, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion X - ray mammography can clearly show the features of breast carcinoma calcification, the value of qualitative diagnosis of breast lesions is high.
