摘要
本试验用连二亚硫酸钠这一还原剂,有效地改善了Upper Freeport和Low-er Kittaning煤的物理脱硫。这种脱硫率的提高并不减少煤中有机部分的收率,相反,通过测定浮选速度常数,发现加入这种还原剂后能提高煤、尤其是有机部分的可浮选性。在一定的连二亚硫酸钠浓度下,煤中有机部分和矿物质的浮选速度差异显著增大,从而促进了两者在物理精选过程中的分离。
Sodium dithionite as a reducing agent is effectively used for improving sulfur removal in the physical beneficiation of Upper Freeport and Lower Kittaning run-of-mine coals . This improvement is achieved without reducing the recovery of the organic fraction of the coal. On the contrary, measurements of flotation rate constants show that the floatability of the coals ,especially the organic fraction is improved by the addition of the reducing agent. At certain concentration of sodium dithionite the difference between floatation rates of the organic fraction and minerals is markedly enhanced, and the separation of the two could then be improved in physical beneficiation.
