摘要
本研究在临床观察具有疏肝健脾利湿活血作用的复方对OC患者的治疗作用及安全性的基础上,通过实验研究探讨临床治疗OC的有效方剂疏肝健脾利湿活血方对OC模型大鼠血液中IL-6和性激素(雌二醇、孕酮)含量的影响,这体现了来源于临床又服务于临床的思路。充分发挥中医药的整体调节优势,运用现代科学方法研究中药治疗OC的作用及机理,寻找和开发安全可靠的治疗OC的中医治疗方法。
Base on treatment function and safety of the compound on OC, effects of the Shugan Jianpi Lishi Huoxue prescription on content of IL-6 and sex hormones （estrogen, progesterone） in blood of OC rats were explored. With the advantages of the overall regulation in TCM, OC effects and mechanism of TCM medicine were studied by modem scientific methods, to find and develop safe and reliable method.
