摘要
目的:探讨中医中药辨证论治脑血管痉挛性头痛的疗效。方法:收集2013年1月-2014年6月我院收治的脑血管痉挛性头痛患者62例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各31例。对照组应用常规西医治疗,观察组应用中医辨证治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果:观察组各指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后大脑中动脉血流速度较对照组显著减缓(P<0.05)。结论:中医中药辨证论治脑血管痉挛性头痛具有显著疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the curative effects of TCM differentiation on cerebral vascular spasm headache. Methods： 62 patients with cerebral vascular spasm in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment; the observation group was given TCM differentiation. Results： In the observation group, the total efficacy was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05） ; artery blood flow velocity was slowed down significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating cerebral vasospasm headache in TCM differentiation received significant effects, and was worthy of popularization.
