闭合复位交锁髓内钉术后配合中药治疗胫骨骨折临床效果分析

A clinical analysis of treating tibial fracture by interlocking intramedullary nailing plus TCM medicine

目的:分析闭合复位交锁髓内钉术后配合中药治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法:收集我院2009年4月-2014年6月间诊治的40例胫骨骨折患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组(20例)与对照组(20例),对照组患者采用常规闭合复位交锁髓内钉术治疗,试验组采用闭合复位交锁髓内钉术后配合中药治疗,对两组患者的骨痂出现时间和愈合时间、整体治疗效果和不良反应发生情况进行分析对比。结果:研究结果显示,试验组患者的骨痂出现时间和愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),整体治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:闭合复位交锁髓内钉术后配合中药治疗胫骨骨折具有良好的临床疗效,能有效缩短骨痂出现时间和愈合时间,提高整体治疗效果,减少不良反应发生,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To analysis clinical effects of interlocking intramedullary nailing plus TCM medicine on tibial fracture. Methods： In our hospital from April 2009 to June 2014, 40 cases of tibial fracture were randomly divided into the experimental group （20 cases） and the control group （20 cases）.The control group was treated by interlocking intramedullary nailing. The experimental group was given TCM medicine more. The healing time, overall effects and adverse reactions in two groups were analyzed and compared. Results： The results showed that the healing time was shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; the effects were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating tibial fractures by interlocking intramedullary nailing plus TCM medicine can receive good clinical effects, effectively shorten the healing time, improve the overall effects, reduce adverse reactions, is worthy of promotion.
