安儿宁颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽的疗效研究

An effective study on treating cough with the An'er Ning granules

目的:研究和分析采用安儿宁颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:随机抽选2013年5月-2014年5月在我院儿科门诊就医的136例小儿咳嗽患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各68例。对照组患儿采用常规方法进行治疗;观察组患儿采用安儿宁颗粒进行治疗。对比、分析和统计两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果:统计学分析表明,观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率(95.59%)明显高于对照组患儿的总有效率(80.88%),组间对比结果的差异性较大,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用安儿宁颗粒治疗小儿咳嗽的临床疗效显著,能够有效缓解患儿的临床症状,改善患儿的生活质量,是一种有效、安全、快速的临床治疗方法。

Objective： To study and analyze clinical efficacy of the An＇er Ning granules on cough. Methods： From May 2013 to May 2014, 136 cases of cough in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observed group, 68 cases for each. The control group was treated by the conventional therapy; the observed group was treated with the An＇er Ning granules. Clinical efficacy in two groups were compared, analyzed and counted. Results： The clinical total efficiency in the observed group was 95.59%, higher than 80.88% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The An＇er Ning granules showed an obvious clinical efficacy, could improve patient＇s clinical symptoms and quality of life, and was an effective, safety and quick therapy.
