中药面膜对二氧化碳点阵激光术后修复的临床研究

Clinical research on recovering after carbon dioxide fractional laser surgery by herbal mask

目的:观察对比中药面膜与冰敷治疗对二氧化碳点阵激光换肤术后修复的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年3月-2014年8月间湛江市第一中医医院的二氧化碳点阵激光换肤术后患者65例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组34例,对照组31例。两组分别给予中药面膜和冰敷治疗,2次/d,3d为一个疗程。结果:治疗3d后,治疗组的愈显率为79.4%(27/34),对照组为22.6%(7/31),治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的皮疹消退时间、灼热疼痛或瘙痒消失时间、创面恢复时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:中药面膜较传统冰敷法对二氧化碳点阵激光换肤术后修复疗效更迅速确切。

Objective： To observe and compare clinical efficacies of the herbal mask and ice treatment on recovering after carbon dioxide fractional laser surgery. Methods： From March 2013 to August 2014, 65 cases of carbon dioxide fractional laser resurfacing the First Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zhanjiang city were divided into the treatment group and the control group; two groups were respectively given herbal mask and ice treatment, 2 times per day, 3 days as a course. Results： In 3 days, the markedly efficiency in the treatment group was 79.4 % （27/34）, better than 29.0 % （7/31） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Rash subsided time, burning pain or itching disappeared time, wound recovery time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There was a quick and precise efficacy of the herbal mask on rehabbing after carbon dioxide fractional laser surgery, better than the traditional ice method.
