糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的中医治疗探讨

TCM exploration of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria

目的:观察中医治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法:选取来我院就诊的糖尿病肾病并蛋白尿患者42例,随机进行分组,观察组21例,对照组21例。对照组应用常规的西医治疗方法,观察组应用中医治疗方法;治疗后,观察两组患者的治疗有效率,对比治疗前后患者尿白蛋白排泄量的变化。结果:观察组及对照组进行不同的治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率为95.24%,对照组的治疗总有效率为76.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组在治疗后尿白蛋白排泄量较对照组治疗后排泄量显著改善,两组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的治疗效果优于西医对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的治疗效果,通过中医治疗,患者的尿白蛋白排泄量得到显著的改善,在临床工作中应积极运用。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM on diabetic nephropathy proteinuria. Methods： 42 patients with diabetic nephropathy and proteinuria, were randomly divided into the observation group （21 cases）, and the control group （21 cases）. The control group took conventional western medicine, and the observation group took the TCM; After treatment, the total efficiency in both groups and change of urinary albumin excretion levels before and after the treatment were observed. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency was 95.24% in the observation group, and 76.19% in control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）; By comparing urinary albumin excretion levels before and after treatment, the observation was better, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Efficacy of TCM was better than that of western medicine. By TCM, urinary albumin excretion of patient were significantly improved, should actively beapplied in clinical work.
