浅谈内痔中医外科治疗的临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating internal hemorrhoids in TCM surgery

目的:分析中医外科治疗内痔的临床效果。方法:收集我院2013年2月-2014年5月期间诊治的64例内痔患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(32例)与对照组(32例),对照组患者采用常规抗生素预防感染和止血止痛、高锰酸钾外洗等西药治疗,试验组采用中医外科治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析对比。结果:研究结果显示,试验组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内痔中医外科治疗具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective： To analyze clinical effects of TCM surgery on intemal hemorrhoids. Methods： 64 cases of internal hemorrhoids fTom February 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into the test group （32 cases） and the control group （32 cases）. The control group received conventional antibiotics to prevent infection, stop bleeding, pain relief, potassium permanganate washing and other western medicine. The test group received TCM surgery. Clinical efficacies in two groups were analyzed and compared. Results： Clinical efficacy in the test group was much better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating internal hemorrhoids in TCM surgery came with good clinical efflcacies.
