肺间质病变血清TGAb,TPOAb变化的临床意义

Clinical significance of interstitial lung disease serum TGAb and TPOAb changes

目的:探讨肺间质病变血清TGAb,TPOAb变化的临床意义。方法:随机选取我院30例肺间质病变患者作为实验组,另外选取30例其他呼吸道疾病患者作为对照组,分别检测两组研究对象的血清TGAb,TPOAb检测值和阳性检出率,通过统计学探讨分析肺间质病变血清TGAb,TPOAb变化的临床意义。结果:实验组肺间质病变患者的血清TGAb,TPOAb检测值明显高于对照组其他呼吸道疾病患者,差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺间质病变血清TGAb,TPOAb检测值和阳性率均明显高于其他呼吸道疾病患者,具有准确的检出率,均具有较高的特异性和敏感性,具有良好的临床意义,可以为临床诊断提供参考资料,应该在临床上广泛应用。

Objective： To investigate clinical significance of interstitial lung disease serum TGAb and TPOAb changes. Methods： 30 cases of interstitial lung disease in our hospital were randomly selected as the observation group. And another 30 cases with other respiratory diseases were selected as the control group. Detection value and positive rate of serum TGAb and TPOAb were detected and analyzed by statistics to investigate the clinical significance. Results： Serum TGAb and TPOAb detection value in the observation group was obviously higher than those in the control group; the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Serum TGAb and TPOAb detection value and positive rate of patients with interstitial lung disease were obviously higher than other patients with respiratory diseases. It has accurate detection rate, high specificity and sensibility, and is worthy of clinical application.
