浅谈婴幼儿肺炎的护理体会

Nursing experience for infants pneumonia

目的:探讨婴幼儿肺炎的综合护理效果。方法:对168例婴幼儿肺炎患儿在积极配合医生治疗的同时给予全面细致、正确有效的综合护理,并分析治疗、护理效果及不良反应发生的情况。结果:168例患儿除5例重症转上级医院外,其余均达到预期效果,并痊愈出院,未见明显不良反应发生,且患儿家属对护理服务十分满意。

Objective： To discuss comprehensive nursing effect for infants pneumonia. Methods： 168 infants with pneumonia actively cooperated with medical treatment, and received detailed, correct and effective nursing at the same time. Nursing effects and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results： In 168 cases of pneumonia, 5 cases transferred to higher level hospitals due to more severe disease; the rest were discharged; there were no significant adverse reactions; families of children were very satisfied with the comprehensive nursing.
