摘要
目的:观察护理干预在糖尿病足患者中的应用效果。方法:选择我院收治的80例糖尿病足病患,随机分组,干预组和对照组各40例,两组在临床治疗后,对照组给予常规护理,干预组实施综合性护理干预,观察两组的疗效。结果:总有效率方面,干预组明显高于对照组,比较显示差异有统计学意义。结论:护理干预在糖尿病足患者中的应用,有助于提高治疗效果,值得借鉴。
Objective： To observe the effect of nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with diabetic foot. Methods： 80 cases with diabetic foot in our hospital were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group. After treatment, the control group was given the conventional nursing, while the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing, and the effects of the two groups were observed. Results： For the total effective rate, the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group with statistically significant differences. Conclusion： The application of nursing intervention in patients with diabetic foot has advantages to improve the therapeutic effect, which is worth learning from.
