炎琥宁注射液在小儿上呼吸道感染中的疗效观察和护理

Clinical observation and Nursing of Yanhuning Injection on Child upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:探讨炎琥宁注射液在小儿上呼吸道感染中效果及护理效果。方法:选择80例上呼吸道感染小儿,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予炎琥宁注射液及利巴韦林,同时给予综合性护理干预。对照组给予利巴韦林,同时给予常规护理。观察两组治疗效果,观察治疗6 h内的退热情况。结果:观察组用药6 h内退热所占比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炎琥宁注射液治疗小儿上呼吸道感染效果显著,同时实施综合征护理有助于提高治疗效果。

Objective：To explore the curative and nursing effect of Yanhuning injection on neonatal upper respiratory tract infection. Methods： 80 children with upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given Yanhuning injection and ribavirin, and the comprehensive nursing was given to the observation group at the same time. The control group was given ribavirin and the routine nursing was given. The therapeutic effect and the abatement of fever within 6 hours of the two groups was observed. Results： The proportion of abatement of fever within 6 hours in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In treatment of child upper respiratory tract infection, Yanlmning injection has remarkable effect. At the same time, the implementation of comprehensive nursing is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect.
