复肝宝治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床研究

Clinical research of the treatment of Hepatitis B liver Fibrosis by Fuganbao

目的:探讨院内制剂复肝宝对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的治疗作用。方法:将600例明确诊断的慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者,随机分为两组,研究组300例,对照组300例。对照组采用院内制剂复肝宝治疗,对照组口服复方鳖甲片治疗。疗程均为3个月,分别治疗2个疗程后统计对比临床疗效。结果:对照组在恢复肝功能、降低肝纤维化血清学指标、肝脏彩超等指标方面治疗前后的对比,均有统计学差异(P<0.05),研究组均明显优于对照组。结论:复肝宝具有较好逆转慢性肝炎肝纤维化、恢复肝功能的作用,是治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化化疗的有效药物。

Objective： To study the hospital preparations after liver treasure effect on treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods： 600 patients with diagnosis of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： study group and control group with 300 cases each. The Controlcontrol group were treated by hospital preparations after liver treasure, the observation group patients wore provided oral compound turtle shell pieces of treatment. The treatment course was of 3 months,after respective two courses of treatment statistically contrast clinical curative effect were observed. Results： The patients in the control group had better and statistically significant （P〈0.05） results regarding restoring liver function, reducing the serological indexes of liver fibrosis and liver exceed indicators such as the contrast of before and after the treatment. Conclusion： After liver treasure has a good reversal of chronic hepatitis liver fibrosis, restores the role of the liver function and is the effective chemotherapy drugs treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fiber.
