硫酸镁湿敷联合金黄膏外敷治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ级药物性静脉炎的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Magnesium Sulfate Wet Dressing combined with Golden Ointment External Application On Drug Phlebitis of Grade Ⅱ or Ⅲ

目的:分析硫酸镁联合金黄膏外敷治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ级药物性静脉炎的临床效果。方法:选择120例Ⅱ、Ⅲ级药物性静脉炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,其中对照组患者进行硫酸镁湿敷,观察组患者在此基础上进行金黄膏外敷,观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者疼痛缓解时间,红肿、硬结、条索消退时间显著短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁联合金黄膏外敷治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ级药物性静脉炎和传统的单独使用硫酸镁治疗的临床效果更显著,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Magnesium sulfate combined with golden ointment on drug phlebitis of grade Ⅱ or Ⅲ. Methods： 120 cases of grade Ⅱ or grade Ⅲ drug phlebitis were selected as the research objects and randomly divided to observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate wet compress. The observation group, based on magnesium sulfate wet compress, was given Golden Ointment external application. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The pain relief time and fade time of redness, swelling, induration and strip of the observation group was significantly shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with golden ointment on Ⅱ and Ⅲ drugs phletitis is more more significant than that of single traditional magnesium sulfate, so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
