针药结合治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床探讨

Clinical Study on Treatment of Endometriosis with Combined Acupuncture and Medicine

目的:对针药联合在子宫内膜异位症疾病治疗中的临床应用效果进行探讨。方法:以我院2014年2月—2015年2月收治的86例子宫内膜异位症患者作为观察的对象,按随机单盲法将其分成联合组与单一组,前者予以针灸加中药治疗,后者予以孕三烯酮,然后对患者的治疗情况加以观察。结果:联合组中患者的有效率(93.0%)显著高于单一组患者(79.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫内膜异位症患者采取针药结合治疗,疗效明显,值得推广。

Objective The clinical effect of combined acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of endometriosis disease were discussed.Methods In 86 cases of endometriosis patients in our hospital from 2014 February to 2015 February were treated as the observation object, randomly divided into combined group and single group, the former treated by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the latter to be pregnant three ketene, then for the treatment of patients to be observed.Results Patients in the combined group effective rate （93.0%） was significantly higher than that of a single group of patients （79.1%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with endometriosis by acupuncture combined with medicine treatment, curative effect is obvious, worthy of promotion.
