针灸治疗周围性面瘫刺灸方法的循证评价

Evidence-based Evaluation of Needling and Moxibustion Methods for Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的:分析针灸在周围性面瘫的治疗中的应用效果,以为临床治疗提供一定的理论参考。方法:主要使用循证医学评价法,对2001年—2008年的有关针灸疗法治疗周围性面瘫的医学文献进行收集和评价,以对刺灸疗法进行循证评价。结果:文献报道中针灸疗法治疗周围性面瘫均取得了较好的临床疗效。结论:在周围性面瘫的治疗中,针灸联合疗法属于一种有效方法,值得推广。

Objective： The analyze the application effect of acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, so as to provide theoretical reference for clinical treatment. Methods： With evidence-based medicine evaluation as the primary method, the medical literature of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis from 2001 to 2008 were collected and evaluated and the needling and moxibustion methods were given evidence-based evaluation. Results： The acupuncture treatments for peripheral facial paralysis reported in the literature had obtained good clinical curative effects. Conclusion： In the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, acupuncture combined with moxibustion is an effective method and it is worth to be promoted.
