Some Thoughts on the Party Characters in Perspective of Party Politics

政党品格是政党组织所具有的内在且较为稳定的特质,它处于执政理念与执政品格的中间层次。政党品格有基本品格和非基本品格之分。基本品格是政治品格与理论品格的统一,非基本品格由基本品格派生并体现基本品格。政党的先进性是对政党品格的评判而非品格自身。

Party characters are inherent and stable qualities of a political party organization. It is a medium between the party＇s ruling philosophy and its ruling characters. Party characters include basic characters, as unity of political characters and theoretical characters, and non-basic characters which are derivatives and reflections of basic characters. Party progressiveness is judgment and party characters, not the characters themselves.
