新型城镇化与农民财产性收入增长问题研究——以吉安市为例

A Study of New Urbanization and Farmers' Property Income——with case study of Ji'an City

新型城镇化的发展是农民收入持续快速增长的重要途径,也为农民财产性收入增长带来新的动力。对如何实现农民财产性收入的跨越式增长,提出以下建议:(一)突出规划的引导作用,统筹城乡一体化发展;(二)加强土地城镇化建设;(三)增加农民宅基地收入;(四)完善农村金融体系;(五)不断拓宽农民财产性收入增收的渠道,实现城镇化与农民收入相协调。

The development of new urbanization is an important approach for rapid and sustainable increase of farmers＇ income and new dynamics for farmers＇ property income （FPI） growth. With a case of Ji＇an City, this paper makes explorations of the relationship between FPI growth and new urbanization process in the city. Based on surveys of the status of urbanization level of Ji＇an City and the situation and characters of local FPI growth, it makes theoretical and empirical analysis of the effects of urbanization on FPI. On basis of the analysis situation of new results, it explores and proposes specific counter-strategies for promoting FPI growth in situation of new urbanization, in hope to facilitating leap-growth of farmer＇s property income in Ji＇an City.
