Analysis of Xinjiang Tourism Investment Environment Based on Method of Mean-squared Variance Decision

对新疆旅游业投资环境进行理论分析的基础上，从旅游业市场环境、自然环境、经济环境、社会文化服务环境和基础设施环境五个方面选取26个指标建立评价指标体系，运用均方差决策法对所搜集的数据进行标准化处理和数据计算，最终分析和评价新疆旅游业投资环境。通过对比新疆所辖十五个地州市的综合评价值和各子系统的评价值，对新疆旅游业投资环境进行差异性分析，为投资者提供决策依据。

Based on the theoretical analysis of the Xinjiang tourism investment environment, 26 indicators were selected to establish the evaluation index system from five aspects of tourism market environment, natural environment, economic environment, social culture and environment and infrastructure environment, using the method of mean-squared variance decision to collect the data standardization and data calculation. Finally the analysis and evaluation of Xinjiang tourism investment environment. Evaluation of every subsystem and comprehensive evaluation of fifteen cities under the jurisdiction of Xinjiang by comparing the values, analyzing the difference between the Xinjiang tourism investment environments, offer the decision basis for investors.
