欧龙玛治疗小儿卡他性中耳炎的疗效观察

To observe the curative effect of Ou Longma in the treatment of pediatric catarrhal otitis media

目的:观察和分析对小儿卡他性中耳炎患者采用欧龙马进行治疗的临床疗效.方法:选取2013-03/2015-03我院收治的分泌性中耳炎患儿100例作为临床研究对象,使用随机数字列表将其分为研究组和对照组,各50例.对照组患儿施行常规治疗,研究组患儿在对照组的基础上加用欧龙马进行治疗.观察和比较两组患儿的临床疗效.结果:经治疗,研究组患者治疗的总有效率(86.0%)明显高于对照组(68.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对分泌性中耳炎患儿采用欧龙马进行治疗具有良好的临床疗效,值得在临床上进一步推广.

AIM： To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Ou Longma in the treatment of pediatric patients with catarrhal otitis media. METI-IODS： A total of 100 children with secretory otitis media admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected as a clinical study objects and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while patients in the study group on the basis of the routine treatment were treated with the Ou Longma. The clinical efficacy of two groups were observed and compared. RESULTS： The total efficiency in treatment of patients in the study group （ 86.0% ） was significantly higher than that in the control group （68.0%） （P 〈 0. 05）, and the differences were statistically significant. CONCLUSION： There is good clinical efficacy in the treatment of secretory otitis media with Ou Longma, which is worth of further clinical promotion.
