维持性血液透析患者的心理护理探讨

目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者普遍存在的心理问题及应给与的相关护理措施.方法:研究对象是长期维持性血液透析的患者,通过长期临床观察、调查研究以及归纳总结,找出他们普遍存在的心理问题,针对性地做好每位患者的心理护理及心理指导.结果:研究发现恐惧、悲观、失望、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、依赖等症状是维持性血液透析患者在透析治疗过程中最为普遍存在的心理问题,其中抑郁、焦虑最为常见.结论:通过持续的、系统有效的、针对性的心理护理措施,家庭及社会的支持与配合,可有效地消除血液透析中患者存在的心理障碍,增强了患者治疗疾病的信心,使患者以正确积极的态度面对疾病,配合医护人员的治疗,提高了透析患者的生活质量和透析效果.

AIM： To explore the psychological problems of main- tenance hemodialysis patients and nursing measures should be given. METHODS： Select he long-term maintenance hemodialysis patients as the research objects, find out their common psychological problems through long-term clinical observation, investigation and summarizing, then give pertinent psychological care and psy-chological guidance to patients. RESULTS： Found that fear, pessimism, despair, depression, anxiety, hostility, rely on symptoms of maintenance hemodialysis patients during dialysis treat- ment is the most common psychological problems, including depression, anxiety, the most common. CONCLUSION： Through the continuous, effective and pertinent psychological nursing measures, add the support and cooperate of family and society, it could eliminate the psychological barriers of hemodialysis pa- tients, enhance patients confidence in curing disease. And patients can face the disease with correct and positive attitude, and cooperate with medical treatment, which can improve the quality life and dialysis effect of hemodialysis patients.
