摘要
我国高职院校第三学年的教学已部分或全部被顶岗实习所取代,而顸岗实习早已异化为事实上的“提前就业”,学生在第三学年基本上处于预就业状态,系统性的学习和训练已从学生的心理上被忽视,也导致第三学年的教学务虚大于务实。基于这些现象的思虑,本文提出我国高职院校可以借鉴新加坡的“教学工厂”模式来务实我国高职第三学年的教学,即第三学年在校内普遍性地增加14周以上的“全日制项目制作”教学环节,改革现行的校外顶岗实习的单一模式,提高技术技能人才培养的有效性。
Nowadays, teaching in the 3rd year in domestic higher vocational colleges has been partially or totally replaced by internship. In fact, internship has been converted to be "Employment in advance" . The students are essentially employed in advance in the 3rd year and ignore systematic learning and training. Accordingly, teaching in 3rd year seems to be virtual than real. Considering these phenomena, we proposed in this paper that "teaching factory mode" populated in Singapore can be learned to strengthen the 3rd year' s teaching in domestic higher vocational education. That is, more than 14 weeks' full-time project execution inside the college is advised to be added in the 3rd year to innovate the only teaching mode currently employed, internship outside college, so as to improve the effectiveness for cultivating the technical talents.
