摘要
考察水电工程移民生产适应性对移民安置政策的完善和移民问题研究具有重要意义。对云南省已搬迁安置移民搬迁前后生产环境、生产方式的差异以及不同安置方式、不同安置时间和不同年龄段的移民对生产的适应性进行考察后认为,已搬迁移民总体上适应当前生产环境及生产方式,并对未来经济发展抱有信心,但生产适应仍是一个长期过程。
The study on economic production adaptability of hydropower project resettlement is significance on the improvement of resettlement policies and the research of resettlement issues. The differences of production environment and production ways of the resettlement in Yunnan Province before and after relocation are investigated, and the production adaptabilities of resettlement with different resettled way, different resettlement time and different age are also studied. The results show that the relocated populations basically adapt current production environment and ways and have confidences on future economic development, but the production adaptation is Still a long process.
