摘要
目的分离五倍子内生菌,并进行筛选和鉴定。方法分别采用牛肉膏蛋白胨固体、液体培养基,高氏1号培养基,马丁孟加拉红培养基外加4‰的国产硫酸庆大霉素(800万单位)四种培养基对五倍子内生菌进行分离。结果得到5株菌株,经菌落形态显微观察与16S rDNA序列分析鉴定,5株菌株均为革兰阳性菌;A1、A5和B1为杆菌,同属芽胞杆菌属;A3为球菌,微球菌属;A6为球菌,葡萄球菌属;A5与B1同源性最高,达到100%。结论从五倍子中分离得到5株内生细菌,将有利于五倍子的深入开发利用。
Objective To isolate,screen and identify endophytes fromGalla chinensis.Methods Four different isolation media were used to isolate the endophytes.Results Five strains of endophytes were obtained.Morphological observation and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis showed that they were all gram positive microbes.The strains A1,A5 and B1were identified as Bacillus subtilis,A3 was Micrococcus luteus,while A6 was Staphylococcus sciuri.The highest homology was 100% between A5 and B1.Conclusion Five endophytes were isolated fromGalla chinensis,which will be beneficial to the further development and utilization of Galla chinensis.
