摘要
为了加快接替工作面回采巷道的掘进速度,提出了掘进与锚杆锚索支护交叉作业,实现掘进机与锚杆钻车在掘进头快速交叉掘进与支护,从而达到较高的掘进速度和较好的支护效果。研发了CMM2-15型全液压锚杆锚索钻车,介绍了该钻车的主要技术特点和主要技术参数,通过井下工业性试验表明,该钻车运行平稳可靠,在结构、强度、可靠性和维护性等方面都达到了设计要求,满足了巷道掘进与支护的需求。
In order to speed up the advance of mining roadway in face replacement, a cross- operation scheme of tunneling and bolt-cable support was put forward, which could make the roadheader and roofhoiter to tunnel and support alternately in heading end, and reach a high tun- neling speed and better support effect. The CMM2--15 type full-hydraulic drill carriage of anchor bolt and cable was researched and developed, and the main technical features and parameters of drill carriage were introduced. The industrial tests showed that the drill carriage ran stably and steadily, it reached the design requirements in structure, strength, reliability and maintainabili- ty, and met the needs of tunneling and support.
