摘要
为研究氨基化介孔氧化硅对废水中Cd2+的吸附效果,室温下以粉煤灰为硅源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模版剂,氨水为催化剂,氯化钾为添加剂,采用一步合成法制备了具有规则孔道结构的介孔氧化硅。用N-β氨乙基-γ氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷对其功能化修饰,引入了对Cd2+离子具有吸附能力的氨基,通过N2吸附—脱附、SEM、XRD和FTIR等测试手段表征,结果表明氨基功能团负载在氧化硅表面。吸附实验结果显示,氨基修饰后的介孔氧化硅吸附废水中Cd2+的最佳操作条件为吸附时间25min,pH值为8,吸附剂投加量为1.0g。
In order to study Cd2 +adsorbing function of NH3-MCM-41 in waste water,the authors used one stage synthetic method to prepare mesoporous silica with regulated open-framework structure by using coal ash as silicon source,CTAB as template agent,ammonia as catalyst and potassium chloride as additive in room temperature,and then functional modification was carried out with N-(amino-ethyl)-amino-propyl trimethoxysilane,and bringing in amido which can adsorb Cd2+ions.According to representation of N2absorb-desorption,SEM,XRD and FTIR measurement,amino functional group loaded on silica surface.The results of absorption test showed that the optimal operating conditions amino-modified mesoporous silica absorbed Cd2+in waste water was 25 min,8pH value and 1.0g adsorbent additive quantity.
