摘要
口味异常乃临床常见病症,在一些特殊情况下,其病情较为顽固、经久难愈,一般辨治思路未必皆能取效。从临床验案出发,介绍蒋健教授运用活血化瘀法治疗口味异常的诊疗思路,提出在采取一般、常规辨证论治无效时,可试用活血化瘀之法进行治疗。
Abnormal tastes in the mouth,as one of the frequent clinical manifestations of disease,cannot be solved by applying normal syndrome differentiation treatments in some exceptional cases. By listing proven cases,Professor JIANG Jian's innovative and unique clinical experience of the application of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis principle in treating abnormal tastes. Professor Jiang put forward that the principle of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can be tried and tested when the result of regular syndrome differentiation is not satisfactory.
