胃肠功能障碍的中医病因病机探讨

胃肠功能障碍是危重病患者的常见病和多发病,多处于疾病的终末期,预后一般均较差。胃肠道在疾病演变过程中起着重要的角色,疾病过程中胃肠功能得不到有效的保护,则不利于疾病的治疗与预后。李东垣《脾胃论》提出"内伤脾胃,百病由生"的论点,认为脾胃是人体生、长、寿、养的根本,若脾胃受伤,人体的精气血精液受其影响出现一系列病理现象,人体正常的生命活动自然无法维系。由此可知,中医药在胃肠疾病领域方面有着一定的重要性。

Therefore,Chinese medicine has a certain significance in the field of gastrointestinal diseases.
