中医药治疗银屑病研究进展

目的总结近年来中医药治疗银屑病的研究进展。方法对近几年有关银屑病治疗研究的文献进行总结,从银屑病的病因病机,辨证分型,针灸、中西医结合治疗等方面进行探讨。结果血热、血瘀、血燥的演变贯穿整个疾病的始终,临床上应以"血"为切入点进行研究。经方辨证论治,基础方加减,针灸治疗,刺血拔罐疗法,中西医结合疗法等治疗银屑病均取得较好疗效。调畅情志,食疗,改善生活方式等中医调养对银屑病的治疗也很重要。结论中医药治疗银屑病的效果理想,今后应进一步研究中医药治疗银屑病的作用机制和不同性别的治疗差异。

Objective To summarize research progress of Chinese medicine treatment of psoriasis in recent years.Methods The literature of psoriasis therapy research in recent years was summarized,from the etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis,syndrome classification,discusses the combination of acupuncture,traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,etc. Results The evolution of blood heat,blood stasis,blood dry throughout the disease always,should with ＂blood＂as a breakthrough point for clinical research. The syndrome differentiation and treatment,foundation and subtract,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,therapy,blood therapy such as traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine psoriasis has achieved good curative effect. Factors of modern,diet,improve the life style of traditional Chinese medicine such as rehabilitation treatment for psoriasis is also very important. Conclusion TCM treatment of psoriasis effect is ideal,the future research should further study the mechanism of action of TCM treatment of psoriasis and the treatment of different gender differences.
