"双重乐感"是针对作为体制文化传承重要的组成部分——高校非物质口头传承的一种新的教育理念,它最重要的价值就是对民族音乐传承的意义,方式都做了新的诠释,既非"西方音乐中心论"又不囿于本土音乐文化,是在平等和平视的角度下来探讨民族音乐文化"传承什么"和"如何传承"的问题。

The ＂double music sense＂ is an important part of the culture inheritance system--a new education idea for the nonphysical oral inheritance. Its most important value is that it provides a completely new interpretation for the significance and ways of inheriting the national music, which is neither centered on western music nor limited to the local music culture, but is to discuss what to inherit and how to inherit from the national music on the foundation of equality.
