摘要
主要介绍了一种高稳定性恒流源系统的设计方案,该系统在负载为1Ω~15Ω时,恒流输出可调范围0 A^1 A,且恒流源电流可以在该范围内任意设定,精度为±3 m A。该恒流源系统主要由PIC单片机电路、ADC采集电路、DAC控制电路、键盘输入电路、液晶显示电路、集成运放及大功率MOS管等组成。实验结果表明该方法调节简单方便、稳定可靠。
A design of high stability constant current source system is presented in this paper,which can set any output current in range of the 0-1A and the range of its load is 1 - 15 Ω. The accuracy of constant current source is ± 3 m A. The system is mainly composed of PIC microcontroller circuit,ADC acquisition circuit,DAC control circuit,keyboard input circuit,LCD display circuit,integrated operational amplifier and high power MOS tube,etc. The experimental results show that the method is convenient and reliable.
