Entrepreneurship Policies of Migrant Workers:Review,Evaluation and Prospects

农民工创业政策在促进目标群体创业活动生成和提高创业成功率方面发挥了重要作用。通过梳理总结发现,中国农民工创业政策迄今为止大致经历了四个发展阶段,每一阶段政策演变特点和农民工创业活动变化趋势紧密联系。根据创业政策三维度分析框架,对现有农民工创业政策存在的问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出未来政策完善的几个方向。

The entrepreneurship policies of migrant workers play an important role in promoting entrepreneurial activities of target groups and improving the success rate of entrepreneurship. So far the entrepreneurship policy in China has gone through four stages of development and characteristics of each stage of policy evolutions are in the close contact with the changes of the entrepreneurial activity trends of migrant workers. According to the Three-Dimensional analysis framework of entrepreneurship policies, this article analyzes the problems of existing entrepreneurship policies of migrant workers and puts forward several ways to improve policies in the future.
