建立大学生创业跟踪帮扶机制的设想

目前在国家政策的支持和鼓励下,大学生的创业行为热情高涨,但在其具体创业过程中由于种种原因会遇到很多困难障碍。高校除了在开设的就业指导与职业生涯发展规划课程上从知识和能力上给予相关的培养指导,更应该建立大学生创业跟踪帮扶机制来深入帮助大学生创业,促使他们取得成功。

Under the encouragement and support of national policies, college students are active in doing busi- ness, while there are many problems and difficulties. Universities and colleges, besides provide some training and support in knowledge and ability through offering some courses should also set up college students＇ entrepreneurship tracking support mechanism to better help them start a business and make a success.
