摘要
专业类高校发展中存在着定位不明、特色弱化等问题,分类评价有助于引导特色办学。通过对专业类高校评价标准与评价指标进行预选、拟定、修订、检验、赋权,最终设计出"人才培养"、"科学研究"、"发展潜力"三项评价标准及十五项评价指标,初步构建起专业类高校评价标准与指标体系的基本框架。
In the development process of professional colleges have some problems, such as indefinitely posi- tioning and school characteristics weaken. While classifiable evaluation will contributed to the professional school to develop their own characteristic running-colleges. This paper is pre-select, formulation, revision, inspection and then empowerment the evaluation standards and index system of professional colleges. Finally, it is construct the e- valuation standards as "talents training","scientific researeh","development potentials" and 15 evaluation indicators, which is built a basic framework of newly evaluation standards and index system of professional colleges.
