摘要
社会工作专业"自我发展教育"模式,基于本专业已有的教学资源,将具有内在逻辑关系或价值关联的各课程及培养模块进行整合,搭建学生"自我发展"的框架,将与自我相关的内容渗透于各教学环节中,学生在教师引导下经过自我认识、自我体验、自我调节,逐步强化自我意识,最终获得自我同一性。这一教学模式在一定程度上实现了专业培养与学生自我发展的统一。
Education is a practice to promote and improve the educatees' self-construction and self-transforma- tion. Self-development education in social work profession refers to integrating the courses and training modules which have close logical relations mutually, establishing the framework of students' self-development, bringing the content on self into the teaching process, conducting students, through three steps of self-recognition, self-experience, and self-regulation, to enhance their self-awareness, experience their self-value, and develop their self-identi,ty ulti- mately. In conclusion, self-development education could unify the specialized training and students' self-development.
