摘要
学业倦怠对学生的学习过程和效果有明显的阻碍作用,许多研究表明,目前大学生学业倦怠问题突出。本文在调查问卷的基础上,分别从专业因素、学习动机、教育与教学、人际关系等四方面对农科院校文科专业学生学业倦怠的现状进行了调查,并提出相应的对策建议,期望对农科人才培养模式的改善和创新有所借鉴。
Academic burnout is an obvious hinder for college students' learning process and effects. Many surveys state clearly that college students' academic burnout is prominent at present.This paper is based on questionnaires,investigating the present situation of undergraduates' academic burnout of art majors in the agricultural colleges from major factors, learning motivation, education and teaching, as well as interpersonal relationship respectively. Corresponding advice and measures are given. Hope to be something helpful for agricultural talent training modes' improvement and innovation.
