以学生公益劳动课为载体的学生素质培养路径的实践研究

以学生公益劳动课为载体,探索学生素质培养路径,提升大学生的综合素质,是高校思想政治教育工作者必需面对的课题和挑战。基于此,作者以高校学生公益劳动课为载体,加强当代大学生劳动观念教育和劳动素质的培养,以期为高校人才培养和大学生个人全面发展探索出适合的实践路径。

Taking the students as the carrier, to explore the path of the students＇ quality training, improve the students＇ comprehensive quality, is the problem and challenge faced by the ideological and political education work- ers in Colleges and universities. Based on this, the author takes the public welfare work of college students as the carrier, to strengthen the education of contemporary college students＇ work ideas and the cultivation of the labor quality, in order to explore the practical path for the cultivation of talents in Colleges and universities.
