高校思政课教师共情能力分析——以江苏省为例 被引量:3

摘要 共情是教师职业能力中的重要内容。为调查高校思政课教师的共情能力,采用改编后的人际反应指针量表(IRI-C),以江苏省103名高校思政课教师为样本进行分析。结果表明:高校思政课教师共情能力总体水平较高,个人忧伤水平较低。其中女教师在共情关注、幻想力水平和共情能力总体水平方面要高于男教师;共情关注水平随年龄增长而提高,不同级别院校共情水平差异显著。 Empathy is one of important parts in the teachers' occupation ability. Through use of the interpersonal response indicator scale ( IRI -C ),103 teachers in ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Jiangsu province are taken as the samples and their empathy is analyzed. Results show that the overall level of the empathy ability of the teachers in ideological and political education in colleges and universities is high and their personal sadness level is low. The overall level in empathic concern, imagination and empathy ability of the female teachers is higher than that of male teachers. The level of empathic concern increases with increasing teacher's age, and the levels of empathy are significantly different in different colleges and universities.
