高职院校学生体育社团发展机制的探索

高职院校学生体育社团存在管理规范性、项目发展平衡性、资源支持短缺性以及发展拓展性不足等现实问题,必须构建学校内部合作支持机制、社团发展的人才培训机制、社团发展的立体传播机制以及评价考核机制保证促进高职院校学生体育社团科学有序发展。

The student sports community in vocational colleges face the practical problems of the shortcomings of management regulations, the balance of projects developing, the scarcity of source supporting and the defects of ex-pansive development, we should establish the mechanisms of inner supporting, talents training, three-dimension communication, assessment and evaluation to promote them scientific development.
