新媒体对高校基层民主建设的影响及对策

新媒体的迅速发展改变了人与人之间传统的联系方式,也逐步渗透到社会的方方面面,对经济,政治,文化,思想领域都影响深远,对中国的民主发展也起着潜移默化的作用。在高校内部,新媒体正逐渐瓦解着高校传统的权力体系和陈旧制度,对高校基层民主建设提出了新的挑战,但同时也带来了新的机遇。如何利用好新媒体这一把双刃剑,是高校面临的一项重要课题。

The development of new media has changed the traditional ways of contact between people. Mean-while, it has also infiltrated to different aspects of the society, including a deep impact on the fields of economy, politics, culture and ideas as well as an invisible influence on the development of China＇s democracy. New media is gradually crumbling the old and traditional power system in colleges. New challenges and opportunities come together to grass-roots democracy construction.
