高校辅导员在依法治校中发挥的重要力量

我党历来十分重视高等学校依法治校工作,也非常关心高校辅导员工作,明确指出依法治校的重要性与紧迫性,多次强调高校辅导员在依法治校中的法律地位,指出高校辅导员是高校依法治校的重要力量。高校辅导员作为高校的一线教师,要充分认识到自己肩负的历史责任,找出存在的问题,摆正自己在依法治校中地位,明晰自己在依法治校中的工作性质、内容,不断提高自己的法律知识、在工作要严格依法约束自己,依法维护自己的法律权益。本文就以党和国家对辅导员最基本的法律定位和对依法治校的规定和要求为基础,探索高校辅导员如何提高自己的法律意识,怎样为依法治校做出贡献。
