摘要
专门用途英语(ESP)教师发展问题近年来受到学术研究和教学实践界的广泛关注,成为一个热门的研究问题。对独立学院ESP教师来说,教师发展的路径值得进行深入研究。独立学院的ESP教师可以通过自主学习、资料集成、观摩反思、行动研究等自我培训的路径实现自我发展。
Issues of ESP teacher development become a hot research field in recent years among scholars of academic research and teaching practice. For the independent college ESP teachers, the path of teacher development is worthy of in-depth study. Independent college ESP teachers can achieve self-development through the following self-training approachs: independent self-learning, information integration, observation and reflection, action research.
