探析辅导员在民办高校大学生就业心理障碍中的作用

当前我国大学生就业形势严峻,民办高校学生的就业更是举步维艰,出现了一系列的就业心理问题。本文通过分析民办高校大学生存在的就业心理障碍,从辅导员的角度提出缓解学生就业心理障碍的措施,引导学生以积极的心态面对就业过程,帮助学生以较好的精神面貌来迎接自己的职业发展之路。

The present employment situation is quite grim for graduates in China, especially for private-owned college students, who have more difficulties in obtaining employment. As a result, they are followed with employment mental obstacles to various degrees. This paper proposes the measures to relieve students＇ employment mental disorder in the perspective of counselors by analyzing students＇ negative mentality when facing job market. Consequently, in this paper, I try to lead students to confront the process of job hunting and help students prepare for their own career development of the future with great enthusiasm.
