系统论视野下大学生诚信教育困境分析与若干建议

当前,大学生群体诚信失范问题受到普遍关注,诚信教育实效性差的问题逐步成为社会关注热点之一。本文结合工作实际,对当前诚信教育的困境及其原因进行分析。针对存在问题,以系统论的一般原理为指导,从激发教育对象的内在需求、提高诚信教育者综合水平、集成诚信教育内容、优化诚信教育方法、优化教育环境等五个方面,提出了提高诚信教育实效性的若干思考。

At present, college students credit anomie has received widespread attention, the good faith education of poor efficiency problem gradually become a hot topic attention. In this paper, combining with working practice, analyze the predicament and its cause of the current integrity education. In view of the problems, to the general principles of the system theory as the instruction, from the inside need of education object, raise the level of educators comprehensive integrity, integration, the good faith education content, method of optimization of integrity education, optimize the education environment five aspects, such as to improve the honesty education effectiveness of thinking are put forward.
