半夏泻心汤及7种单味中药对幽门螺杆菌耐药菌株的体外抑菌实验研究

An experimental bacteriostasis of Banxiaxiexin decoction and 7 kinds of single traditional Chinese medicine on helicobacter pylori resistant strains in vitro

[目的]研究和探讨了半夏泻心汤及7种单味中药对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)耐药菌株的体外抑菌实验研究。[方法]收集上消化道疾病患者胃黏膜标本,分离、鉴定出8株Hp耐药菌株,采用纸片琼脂扩散法检测其对甲硝唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林等抗生素的耐药状况;采用液体稀释法测定半夏泻心汤及7种单味中药对8株临床耐药株的体外抑菌效果。[结果]半夏泻心汤的MIC为0.31mg/ml,黄芩MIC为0.09mg/ml,黄连MIC为0.16mg/ml,甘草MIC为0.31mg/ml,人参MIC为0.75mg/ml,7种单味中药中有4种中药有抑菌作用,抑菌作用强弱依次为黄芩>黄连>甘草>人参,另外3种半夏、大枣及干姜在体外对Hp无抑制作用,采用固体培养基连续稀释法对半夏泻心汤的MIC进行测定,半夏泻心汤对耐药分离株平均MIC为(0.20±0.09)mg/ml,结果表明半夏泻心汤对8种耐药菌株在体外均有较强的抑菌效果。[结论]半夏泻心汤及4种单味中药对Hp耐药菌株的体外抑菌实验有较强的抑菌作用。

[Objective]To investigate the Bacteriostasis activity of Banxiaxiexin decoction and 7kinds of single Chinese herbal drugs against helicobacter pylori resistant strains in vitro.[Methods]Specimens of gastric mucosa in patients with upper gastrointestinal disease were collected and separated.Eight strains of Hp resistant strains were identified.The drug resistant status of metronidazole,clarithromycin,and amoxicillin was tested.Liquid dilution method was used to determine antibacterial effect of Banxiaxiexin decoction and 7kinds of single Chinese medicine in vitro.[Results]The MIC was 0.31mg/ml for Banxiaxiexin decoction,0.09mg/ml for radix scutellariae,0.16mg/ml for rhizoma coptidis,0.31mg/ml for glycyrrhizin realness,and 0.75mg/ml for ginseng.Four out of the seven kinds of single Chinese herbal drugs had bacteriostatic action,and the antibacterial action tended to get weaker in the order of Scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis chinesis,Glycyrrhizin realness,and Ginseng.There was no inhibition effect in three other kinds of herbal drugs,pinellia,jujube and dry Zingibe in vitro for Hp.The MIC of the decoction was determined by solid culture medium dilution method,which showed an average MIC（0.20±0.09）mg/ml,indicating that the decoction had strong bateriostasis on the eight kinds of drug resistant strains in vitro.[Conclusion]Banxiaxiexin decoction and 4kinds of single Chinese herbal drugs have strong bacteriostatic action on helicobacter pylori resistant strains in vitro.
