摘要
针对安庆铜矿东五采场复杂的地压条件和采场回采环境,为确保回采过程的安全,对该采场的回采方案进行了优化选择,针对拟定选用的上向分层充填采矿法,采场回采参数进行了数值模拟和技术经济分析比较,确定东五采场分步回采,一步回采胶结充填采场,宽为8m、二步回采水砂充填采场,宽为30m的最优采场结构参数。矿山实践实现了安全回采,取得了回采率87%,贫化率8%的良好效果。
According to the complex pressure condition and stoping status in the east No.5stope of Anqing copper mine,the stoping schemes were optimized and selected for ensuring the mining safety.Aiming at the preliminary selection of upward-slicing stoping with backfill,the stoping parameters were numerically simulated and compared from technical and economic analysis.Finally,the No.5stope was determined to be mined by two steps.The first step was the recovery of cemented filling stope,with the width of 8m,and the second step was to mine the water-sand filling stope,with the width of 30 m.In practices,safety stoping was realized and good efficiency was achieved with recovery of 87%,and dilution rate of 8%.
