硝酸溶液中甲酸还原浸取低品位软锰矿 被引量:1

Leaching of Low-grade Pyrolusite with Formic Acid as Reductant in Nitric Acid Solution

摘要 以甲酸作为还原剂,在硝酸溶液中还原浸取低品位软锰矿。通过单因素试验和4因素4水平正交试验考察了甲酸用量、硝酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度和液固比对矿粉中锰的浸出率的影响。结果表明,甲酸用量确定时,各因素对锰浸出率的影响大小顺序为:液固比>反应时间>温度>硝酸浓度。最佳工艺参数为甲酸3mL,液固比为8,反应时间2.5h,温度100℃,硝酸浓度0.35 mol/L,该条件下锰的浸出率为89.44%。 With formic acid as reductant,manganese was leached from low-grade pyrolusite in nitric acid solution.The influences of the volume of formic acid,concentration of nitric acid,reaction time,reaction temperature and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rates of Mn were studied by single-factor tests and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that under a settled volume of formic,the main influence factors of Mn leaching rate followed by liquid-solid ratio,reaction time,temperature and concentration of nitric acid.The optimal leaching rate of Mn was 89.44% under the volume of formic acid of 3mL,liquid-solid ratio of 8,reaction time of 2.5h,temperature of 100℃ and concentration of nitric acid of 0.35mol/L.
